Time to Celebrate God's Faithfulness
I. God is faithful to us personally.
A. Mordecai was unknown but obedient. Esth 2:5-7, 20-22; 3;2-4; 4:1-4,13-14
B. Mordecai was acknowledged, promoted, and entrusted while remaining obedient.
Esth.6:1-11, 13; 8:1-2, 7-8, 15, 9:3-4, 10:2-3
II. God is faithful to us collectively as His people.
A. The Jews were oppressed and threatened. Esth.3:13-15, 5:14; 8:5-8
B. The Jews were empowered and victorious. Esth. 8:11-12, 17; 9:2-3, 5-6, 13, 16; 10:3
III. God is working throughout Esther to receive the honor and glory from all people.
A. He works in ways seen and unseen. Job 34:16-20
B. God's desire is for us to celebrate Him!
Are there times when you feel like the “little” bit that you do for God doesn't make any difference?
Are there times when you feel threatened or oppressed by others?
Do you believe that God sees you and do you trust Him to work out your situation?
Do you understand that God is causing or allowing everything that happens in order for us to celebrate Him?
